The Public Prosecution in Israel submitted an indictment in the Haifa Court against two Israeli army reserve soldiers on charges of spying in favor of Iran in exchange for financial compensation, according to an official statement.

The two soldiers were in contact with an Iranian agent who was identified in the indictment in the name of Bouaz, and carried out actions aimed at harming the security of the state, according to the indictment.

The prosecutors said that “the two young men between them are a long -term friendship.”

Elysafov, who served in the Iron Dome Unit, was accused of transporting very sensitive materials about missile defense technology to the Iranian agent, including photos and video clips of the radar screen.

The authorities accused him of offering video clips of the defense system on Bouaz for $ 10,000, with a first batch of 800 dollars.

Andrev also served at the Air Force Officer, according to the accusation list.

The two are accused of publishing pro -Iranian writings, and suspending banners in Tel Aviv bearing the slogan “Sons of God’s Spirit”, in reference to Khomeini, the former Iranian guide.

According to the newspaper “Yediot Aharonot”, Eliasfov was the first to communicate with the Iranian agent, and he found him while searching for ways to earn money.

The Haaretz newspaper reported that Eliasfov and the Iranian agent met for the first time last September.

Over the past two years, Iranian intelligence agents have intensified their efforts to recruit Israelis as spies for money.
