The Minister of Industry, Representative George Bochikian, has toured at the Spexal Factory in the Zalqa area, a institution specialized in the robot industry and its programming. It is considered the first in Lebanon and the leader in artificial intelligence. He was received by the owner and general manager of the company, Ziad Shalla and members of the Board of Directors.

After the tour, Bushkian announced that the visit aims to see modern technologies and advanced industrial innovations, and it impresses the extent of modernity and development in this industry in which Lebanon has proven its presence in a merit.

He announced that on every visit to one of the technology factories, the distinguished presence of Lebanon and the processions of these global industries reveals.

He said: It was seen on the existing projects and how to develop this sector and enhance the future of the smart industry in Lebanon.

The attendees also discussed ways to support this vital sector to enhance Lebanon’s competitiveness in the field of advanced technology and smart manufacturing.

The Minister expressed his willingness to provide the necessary to remain the Lebanese industry at the global level of development and creativity.
