All countries must lift their hands from Syria

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday that all countries must “lift their hands” from Syria, indicating that Türkiye is capable of crushing all terrorist organizations.

He added: “If the Kurdish People’s Protection Units in Syria do not lay down their weapons, they will not be able to escape the inevitable end.”

Earlier, Erdogan renewed his rejection of any division of Syria after the fall of President Bashar al-Assad, stressing that Ankara is ready to take “necessary measures” in the face of any “danger” to that effect.

Erdogan said after a cabinet meeting in Ankara: “We cannot allow Syria to be divided under any pretext, and if we notice the slightest danger of this happening, we will quickly take the necessary measures.”

He also pointed out that the end of Kurdish militants in Syria is approaching and that “there is no room for terrorism in Syria’s future.” (Sky News Arabia)
