Palestinian Health is preparing to receive the drafters of an upcoming exchange deal
This came in a circular, on Tuesday evening, addressed by the Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Hospital and Emergency Affairs, Dr. Moatasem Muhaisen, to hospital directors, asking them to prepare for the exchange deal.

The circular included: “In preparation for the prisoner exchange deal and the reception of our prisoners liberated from the occupation prisons, immediate work is being done to prepare and equip an internal medicine clinic and a surgical clinic to examine, inspect and treat our fellow prisoners and provide them with the necessary health care.”
