Farah inspected the civil defense centers in the suburb and inspected the damage resulting from the war
Brigadier General Farah met with the officers at the centers, offering his condolences to “the martyrs who fell while performing their national and humanitarian duty,” wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded.
He affirmed his “sympathy for the plight of the elements,” promising them to “make efforts to secure alternative centers for them worthy of their sacrifices and tremendous efforts until the process of restoring the damaged centers is completed, in coordination and cooperation with the municipalities and competent authorities.”
He also praised “the morality of the personnel and their drive to fulfill humanitarian tasks during the Israeli aggression against Lebanon,” highly appreciating “their sacrifices and professionalism in performing their humanitarian duty, despite the difficult circumstances they went through and the non-existent capabilities,” stressing that “these sacrifices, which amounted to martyrdom in order to perform them.” Its humanitarian message is a source of pride and pride for all Lebanese.”
He briefed the officers on “her suffering during the period of the Israeli aggression against Lebanon, the compelling circumstances she went through, and the difficulties she faced while performing her humanitarian missions in those painful months.”
Farah affirmed his “great appreciation for this experience that the personnel went through,” stressing that “the challenges that were overcome are evidence of the steadfastness and determination displayed by the civil defense men in the face of the most difficult circumstances.”
