And I say: Talal Haider is “enough.” Your name is more important than every title, designation, and epithet. Your name is a title, an appellation, and an epithet. She says: Grow up whoever wants to grow up, I don’t have more time. And I say that you were born old… great in value, of course, and, God willing, you will continue to be “hungry for life” as you say, and “life will pass on your shoulders… what’s wrong with you?”

As for Abdel Halim Caracalla, he said that Talal Haidar, like Abdel Halim Caracalla, Marcel Khalifa, and other great Lebanese poets, writers, and artists, are the sons of a country whose area is small, but whose men are great, great men. We say of Talal that he is one of the heroes of civilization who speak of beauty and creativity. He will always live in the memory of generations, as a bright flame in the history of Lebanon.”

For his part, lawyer Muhammad Matar pointed out that “Talal Haider sees Lebanon in its unity and loves all its components and elements.”

In turn, the poet Shawqi Bzei saw that “the holding of this celebration three days before the parliament meets to elect a president of the republic, allows those who want to compare to come to the conclusion that the difference between one hall and another is the same difference between the surfaces of the homelands and their depths,” and he said: “Because the true meaning of Lebanon It is a cognitive meaning par excellence, so allow me, on behalf of all of you, regardless of who will sit on the throne of politics in the entity, to announce Talal Haider as President of the Republic of Poetic Imagination in The State of Greater Lebanon.

As for the artist Marcel Khalife, who read Rifaat Tarabay’s speech because he was unable to attend due to travel, he said about Talal Haidar: “A Bekaa hero, whose poetry was taken from loiterers, street vendors, and workers in the fields full of goodness and blessings, a hero and a tramp at the same time, free to the point of suicide and madness, ignorant, Bedouin, folkloric, and superstitious. Satire, panegyric, came to life

At the end, there was a speech for the celebrant delivered by his son, Ali Haider, in which he thanked Minister Makari for honoring him and everyone who contributed to the success of the ceremony. He said: “Silence was speech, then man committed the sin of language.” He wrote sound symbols, called speech, in order to convey to the other what he could no longer convey to him by silent, hidden transmission, because the other was many and distant and had become a stranger. It can no longer be transmitted to him by glow, because the other is no longer the recipient, across an invisible distance and immeasurable time. The other became another until the end of language, and poetry came to recall the return of the other to the circle of we, so that we do not cross the strait of death in the brutality of isolation.”
