A 5.8 magnitude earthquake shakes Ethiopia
The German Center for Geoscience Research announced that an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 struck Ethiopia. (
The center indicated that the earthquake occurred 142 kilometers east of Addis Ababa, at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The earthquake follows a series of less severe earthquakes that have rocked Ethiopia in the past few days.
