Video: A shameless thief in Jbeil!

A citizen entered the Jbeil “supermarket,” the “Nakouzi fishery,” and the vegetable showroom owned by Oscar Farah, where he stole phones and retrieved a woman’s bag from the shopping basket.

He had previously committed a similar robbery at a falafel restaurant in the city.
