ISIS praises the Moscow terrorist attack…and Russia accuses this party

In a recorded message published on Thursday on the organization’s Telegram channel, ISIS praised the attack that was carried out on a concert hall near Moscow and resulted in the deaths of more than 140 people.
According to Reuters, ISIS praised the terrorist organization’s implementation of the operation by its spokesman, known as Abu Hudhayfah al-Ansari.

The ISIS spokesman urged the organization’s supporters to launch operations in the United States, Europe, and Israel.
