The UAE announces the implementation of the largest airdrop of aid to Gaza
On Wednesday, the UAE Ministry of Defense announced the implementation of the “largest” airdrop of aid into Gaza in cooperation with the Egyptian army.
The Ministry said, in a statement on the “X” platform, that the 16th air drop of aid was carried out on the northern Gaza Strip by joint crews belonging to the air forces of the Emirates and Egypt.
She added that this airdrop was the “largest,” as three planes carried 90 tons of aid, and the landing took place over the isolated and inaccessible areas in the northern Gaza Strip.
She added that the aid provided by the UAE during the landing operations amounted to 664 tons. (CNN)
