Trump: Putin is a very smart person

US President Donald Trump described Russian President Vladimir Putin as “very smart”, expressing his hope to reach an agreement on Ukraine.
“I cannot guarantee that, as there may be sudden things in deals, but I think there will be an agreement we have,” Trump added.

It is noteworthy that Trump made a phone call to Putin on February 12, for the first time after years of the absence of communications between the presidents of Russia and the United States. (Russia today)
