The Ukrainian company DTEK announces the loss of half of its capacity to generate electricity

General Director of Yasno, Sergey Kovalenko, a subsidiary of DTEK, said that the latter, one of the largest energy companies in Ukraine, lost 50% of its ability to generate electricity due to damage to equipment.

He added: “The group has lost 50% of its generating capacity. We can say that officially now.”

Kovalenko pointed out that restoring the company’s generation and distribution capabilities will take a long time, which may last months, not a day, not a week, or even one month. (Russia Today)
