The Estonian Defense Minister confirms the presence of military personnel from NATO countries in Ukraine

Estonian Defense Minister Hannu Pefkur confirmed the presence of military personnel from all NATO member states in Ukraine.

Pefcourt explained that the statements of French President Emmanuel Macron regarding sending forces to Ukraine “are mainly related to the field of training.”

The French President made several sharp statements in which he announced the formation of the “Ninth Alliance” to supply Ukraine with medium- and long-range missiles, and promised that Paris would do its utmost to prevent Russia “from winning this war.”

He stressed that France has no “borders or red lines” in helping Ukraine, stressing that sending Western forces to Ukraine should not be “ruled out.” (RT)
